No Turntables and a microphone
The first show of the year at my little theater happened the other day and it got me thinking. I love it most when it’s not about the gear. One 58 and a DI for her guitar into an M32. That’s a discontinued low end digi mixer at this point in time. It doesn’t get in the way, especially when the performer has the feels.
I got to capture some magic again and with the artist’s permission, use it here as another example of a live board mix with a little post processing mastering encouragement.
